Having just come out of a 20 year relationship (15 years of marriage), I'm looking for something casual, if we click then who knows, perhaps this will go long term. I want to meet for a casual drink. I like cozy nights in watching a film and cuddle on sofa, nights away either for a bit of fun or, if the person shares my same passion, nights away in the mountains.

I love the outdoors, I can spend weeks away in the mountains sleeping in a tent or digging a snow hole to spend the night. I enjoy rock climbing, skiing, scrambling, bushcraft, sailing, in fact anything outdoors I'll either enjoy or give a go.

Music, that's interesting, I will listen to whatever the mood takes me, Dance/house, Chill radio, classical, opera, rock and roll, my music is very varied. I like films based upon espionage, action, mafia (but not over the top, Liam Neeson, Jason Bourne, Mission impossible) these are my genre, not so much Jason stratom, Jackie chan...

I do not have an ego, (much lol), I'm average looking, told that I have beautiful eyes, I'm not that over weight but could do with some more exercise which I'm getting at local gym, but with 4 kids it's difficult to find the time.

I'm after a woman that is laid back, non-judgemental and can handle my quirkiness.

I enjoy studying; always reading context books about mountains and weather, I also continue to learn the Russian language, speak basic French and Spanish. Qualified in Law and studied counterfraud and criminal justice, a bit of a geek with a love of the outdoors. I am ambitious and looking to live my life my way. I would like to meet someone casual for casual things like films, massage and cuddles, happy to share my passion for the outdoors but don't get upset if I want time away on my own, though with the right person that might change.

Started going to the gym to lose weight and tone up, I'm also looking to freelance as an activity instructor, going back to what I always wanted to do in life.

I live in the essex countryside with no neighbours.

I find my job easy and relaxing.

I enjoy mountaineering climbing, skiing, climbing and scrambling. I also enjoy travelling and exploring.

My favorite country to live would be New Zealand.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

I would like to visit too many places to list; Cuba, Vietnam, Russia, Greenland to mention a few.

What would you do on an ideal date?

On an ideal date I would go for a relaxed drink, a bit of pool and maybe something active where a conversation could easily flow without pressure.

What are you looking for in a partner?

To be honest, at this time my ideal partner would be looking for a simple No Strings Attached fun, cosy up on a sofa with a bottle of wine and play. Perhaps over time this could esculate into a more stable relationship.

What makes a good relationship?

A good relationship is knowing what buttons to push to please one-another. Trust, honesty and intimacy.

What makes you laugh?

Simple things make me laugh, I like to laugh and don't often find I get the chance, so when I can, I laugh.

What music do you like?

I don't mind what music to listen to, I listen to all sorts, if there is something I don't like then I would tell you.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

The highlight of my life has to be raising 4 magnificent children.
