I like being close to a country park as l try to walk daily.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I retired from a health profession which l enjoyed but have lots of free time now.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I like walks, coffee shops, meals out, cycling, walking, playing guitar and ukelele, spending time with my daughters.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

UK and France. So many unexplored places yet to visit.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

I think the far North of Scotland. I used to ski at Aviemore when young.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Long walk and lunch at a country pub perhaps.

Someone fun, intelligent and adventurous.

What makes a good relationship?

Intellectual compatibility, same sense of humour, tactile and trust worthy.

What makes you laugh?

Usually the unexpected.

What music do you like?

Lots of different types of music. Rock, blues and pop. I play a lot too.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Blimey. So many but the buggest probably the birth of my twin daughters.
