Hi, I’m Richard. I was born in Tottenham in 1965, and if life has taught me anything, it’s how to get back up — even when I fall (and trust me, I’ve fallen more than most). I grew up with rare health conditions that make my muscles weak and my energy limited, but I try not to let that stop me from caring about the people and world around me.

I’ve been through my fair share of tough times — long hospital stays, school bullying, losing touch with loved ones, and having to give up work I enjoyed. But I’ve also learned how important kindness, loyalty, and a sense of humour are in getting through life.

I’m someone who will always help others, sometimes even when it costs me. I value honesty, connection, and people who accept me as I am. My life might be a bit complicated right now, but I still believe good things can happen — and I’m always open to meeting people who understand that everyone has their own battles.
