What do you like most about where you currently live?

Lovely community that I can get involved in or not - near town but not on top of it - not far to the Moors or the coast.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I'm a student nurse - it's very fulfilling.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I'm not really doing any at the moment - in the past I've danced and played badminton/squash, I'm a member of a choir so I like to sing. I have instruments but no longer play really. I was a member of a bouldering club but this got too expensive for a student. Do you have things you'd like someone to join in with? Maybe I can be that person. I do still go gigging - both locally and around the country (Take That this year, Raye last year, Hozier year before, Elbow before that...etc...)

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Devon! And the fjords in Norway (cruise holiday) - so far.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Rome! But I've not been that far so there's a lot I need to see yet - Shetlands too.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Coffee and a chat - see if we get on.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Kindness, love, companionship.

What makes a good relationship?

Being able to laugh together. Understanding. Attraction.

What makes you laugh?

Lots of things - I like laughing. Comedy (stand up) obviously, the children being silly, making daft mistakes myself.

What music do you like?

Everything from Opera to Heavy Metal.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Watching my kids grow up and flourish - I've been a single-Mum for 18 years, I'm very proud of them.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Spending quality time with that special someone after having a hectic week on the ward. Getting my gardens looking nice. Having the money to decorate (once I've qualified). My life won't be slowing down because I've been bringing up the kids up till now, now is my time to shine, so it'll be getting busier - finding someone who is accepting and supportive of that would be amazing. So, if they can cook too! Bonus! :D
