Relaxed chap with good if not a little dry sense of humour

A glass of wine in a restaurant or a beer in the local pub, equally appealing, better if they're by a river or in the country, but overriding consideration is the company not the venue

Cooking is pleasure, whether salmon tikka or penne arrabbiata, a good vegetable dish or the occasional pink steak

I am very active, still have a few competitions and marathons left in me, lots of skiing so please don't expect a couch potato, except when appropriately serving a glass of wine

Really enjoy jumping in the car and driving somewhere, perhaps with the top down or on my comfy motorbike

I'm not looking to rush into anything, apart from finding a place for a coffee and croissant perhaps, but spontaneous enough should the occasion suit

Japan, I still fancy running the Tokyo marathon
