I cycle to work and back, I work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week driving forklift trucks and order picking, so I get lots of cardio at work and I go to the gym at the weekend doing cardio and weight lifting.

I don’t watch broadcast tv and I don’t do social media! I suffer from alopecia which is why I shave my head.
