I have recently lost my wife so sad at the moment.Normally positive and fun.
I own and run my own business in Construction.I travel a lot,play golf,have a house in Spain and would be classed as well off.

What do you like most about where you currently live?

Nice village atmosphere but close to Bristol and the airport

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

Making things happen. We construct apartment blocks, hotels and care homes across the country. I enjoy the cut and thrust of business and meeting people. It can be stressful at times but I have a good team with me.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I play golf regularly and enjoy golf trips to Portugal. I also enjoy going to the cricket and have followed England extensively in the Caribbean and Australia. I also enjoy a night at the pub or going out for meals with family and friends.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

I have a house in Spain but also love Portugal. Singapore is fabulous and The Caribbean in general but particularly Antigua. I also have an affinity for Scotland where I used to climb and Austria for skiing

Where in the world would you love to visit?

I have been to many places but possibly the Maldives or Mauritius in the future. Happy to go back anywhere though.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Talk, swap stories, discover is there is a spark. I think when you know you know. Not bothered about location. Bar, coffee shop, restaurant, kitchen.

What are you looking for in a partner?

An equal or near to. Someone who thinks similarly but knows her own mind. There has to be a physical attraction as well. All of the other traits are a given. Kindness, loyalty, sense of fun. Somebody I would be happy to give my trust to

What makes a good relationship?

Compatibility - both intellectually and physically. Someone I would want to share life's journey with. I don't want a doormat though - I like to be challenged.

What makes you laugh?

Not a lot at the moment. I am recovering from the recent loss of my dear wife. It will get better though - or so I'm told

What music do you like?

Think Fleetwood Mac, Coldplay, Al Green ,AC/DC, The Stones pretty eclectic

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Building a career and a life with my wife from nothing

What are you looking forward to in the future?

New adventures. Travel and fun times - hopefully with the right lady
