Perhaps in chance we meet
On a silver streamed Boulevard.
Or upon entering a door left apart,
Perhaps by chance we close our hearts
On this met long parting
Or close that door left long ajar,
Perhaps in chance I broke your heart.

A Dove on a phone pole
With entreating Song
Flew to the Pear tree
Calling,
Upon the roof
His Lover waiting
Hesitant, would She
Fly to his call,
She did, disappearing
Into the leafy arbour,
True Love
