I retired at 50, in Nov 2008. I am an active golfer, this being my main hobby. I like to keep myself in reasonable shape - walking the fairways & riding my bike helps this. I enjoy watching TV and going on the internet. I also enjoy eating out but must admit to not being too educated on the wine list. . .or the menu come to that. I enjoy good conversation; this does not have to be intellectual (yikes) but interesting and fun. I am a little reserved when first meeting new people but improve with time. I like a laugh and feel this is the vital tonic in life. I will not respond to anyone without a photo supplied and please, no time wasters. If you have a genuine interest, then why not contact me.
Looking for a confident, attractive lady and smart in appearance. Have the ability to hold decent conversation and have her opinions. Have a GSOH and be able to make me laugh, either by words or actions. Honest and loving by nature. It would be nice to have common interests but I think it healthy to have different interests also. Not essential. Not really looking for anyone older than me.
One thing that disappoints me is e-mailing/messaging a female member and not even getting a courtesy response.
