Uncomplicated individual a sunny day with a beer and good food is right near the top, holidays or traveling in our winter time getting some sunshine in January/February shortens the winter I like a bit of fitness I ride a bike and have a rowing machine recently started walking 7/8 miles 2 or 3 times a week, I laugh at really stupid things a whoopee cushion under your armpit in a lift people get quite upset if they think your blowing off ) happiness is really important and we are responsible for our own so if your a bit negative or like a moan don't bother life really is too short.
