i'm a creative person, very passionate about history, the arts and music.

I am a writer with two books self published another ready and 1 I'm currently working on.

I am not looking for perfection just someone who actually wants to spend time with me and is open and honest with their feelings as it seems a rare quality these days.

Does anyone actually believe in love anymore? I'm beginning to doubt it can you prove me wrong?

It's unclear to me as to why I am fascinated with certain periods of history but seem drawn to the age of chivalry, castles and the romance of the medieval period, a time when (according to the romanticised books) men would treat women with respect and protect the innocent.

Perhaps it's the romanticism that's been portrayed to us through books and films, or maybe there is something deeper such as a past life?

As I mentioned previously music and the arts play a big part in my life, I play guitar, write songs and also paint, keeping my mind occupied with most things creative.

Archaeology is another of my hobbies and although I class myself as an amateur in this field I am quite knowledgeable on the subject and can often be found wandering around an open field picking up bits of old pot or rusty metal or trawling google earth and google for information on historical sites.

love deep conversations about any of the above subjects and I am always open to others ideals and opinions.

As many women on here put they're looking for an honest man I should mention that I suffer from Fibromyalgia (google the spoon theory if you're not sure how that affects a person) health issues are usually a deal breaker for most so that cuts out 90% of the women on here but obviously I'm not interested in 90% anyway, so If you're not shallow minded and can see past the physical aspects you will find a very loyal and loving guy here, all I ask is the same in return, complete honesty and communication are the key. I must state I'm not totally disabled with the fibro and can still live a relatively normal-ish life
