What do you like most about where you currently live?

Living near woods to hike and run in.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

Meeting a variety of different people and empowering them to improve their health.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Hiking, running, track and field. Open water swimming. Reading, cooking and TRAVEL!

Where in the world are your favourite places?

New Zealand, Asia, peak district, Arisaig.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

The country of Bhutan has always fascinated me. I loved Tibet but would love to visit Bhutan

What would you do on an ideal date?

Hiking with a picnic followed by pub dinner or Indian. Home to watch a movie.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Someone to laugh with. Travel , hike, cook together. Enjoy the small things in life.
Kindness, honesty and empathy are key for me.
Someone who is curious and likes to engage in meaning of life discussion. Would love to meet someone who was interested in a more holistic way of life.

What makes a good relationship?

Trust and honesty. Some shared interests but some interests of your own.
Communication and team work is key.

What makes you laugh?

Depends what mood I am in. Was laughing so hard at a friend on Saturday who fell off a rope swing face first into the water. Note, I wouldn't have laughed if they hadn't laughed but I was laughing at them laughing at themselves.

What music do you like?

Varied. I like to chill with classical music but like popular music.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Where do I start?
My 2 daughters.
Living and working in Saudi Arabia and China.
Representing Scotland at 400m and playing rugby in 1st ever women's Rugby 7s world Cup.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Travel ! Plus enjoying sitting on the beach watching sunset and sunrises. Staying active as long as I can.
