What do I like?
I love all things techy (well I do work in IT), however I'm not the normal geeky type, as I enjoy sports and the outdoors more.
I enjoy looking at architecture and nature.
Love to travel, though I haven't been anywhere in a while, I will be looking to go to more places soon.
I'm not the sort of person to go to restaurants. I can't cook many things, but the things I do cook are good enough that restaurants always seem overpriced.
When I don't go out (it does rain a lot in the UK), I enjoy watching movies, or I do DIY or gardening.

What do I think of myself?
I'm an honest, normal guy, who is very intelligent and can have a conversation about anything. I'm not particularly outgoing, but I will always go out if invited.
I don't have the greatest amount of confidence in my appearance, but I have been going to the gym regularly to improve that. I've lost 1.5st in the last 6 months and I am determined to lose more.
Though I'm not particularly skinny, I have firm thighs, calves and arms, if you're into that. Wanting it to be the same all over.

What is my current situation?
I am separated, and will not be going back to my ex, ever.
I have had a short relationship since then, but it hasn't worked out.
Own my own home
Have a good job, working normal hours Mon-Fri.
I have three kids - one lives with me (age 16), two live with the ex.

What am I looking for?
I'm honest enough to admit that I'm not skinny, so if you're not skinny, then that is fine too. However you must be active and able to keep up or push me to work harder, so that we can spend time together and not apart.
Be supportive of my goals (such as losing weight) and I will be supportive of yours.
You don't need to be a geek or particularly intelligent. I will talk to anyone about anything.
Would like someone who is a non-smoker.
Don't mind if u have kids.
I'm in my mid 40s, so anyone late 40s or younger please.
I like eating meat. I don't mind if you're a vegetarian, but don't try and force me to be one - I want to be with someone who likes me for who I am, not for who they want me to be.
