Hi, welcome to my profile, my name is Dave, I'm unemployed and still live with my parents ... just joking. Easy going, happy, solvent, drive, no tattoos or piercings and never done drugs. Caring, spontaneous, literate and enjoy life as fully as I can, while I can. Certainly no dramas.

Friends, companionship for walks, coffee, conversation, drinks, meals, live music etc. Life's too short to play silly games. I have a very wide range of interests, you can't come back and do it, as they say Travelling is not a problem as I do like to travel the U.K. There is so much to see and do here, no matter where you live. Travel more, work less and share with someone who appreciates it.

I treat any form of relationship worth having, including friends, seriously. I have a gsoh and treat people the same as I would like to be treated. Honest, kind, fun loving.

I would like to meet anyone who has a sense of humour and adventure, and is able to have fun in whatever they are doing, as well as learning from each other.

No photo or feel the need to use picture filters = no response, as it normally indicates you are trying to hide something. It's only fair. non descript silhouettes and me just don't get on. This isn't 'Blind Date'.

What do you like most about where you currently live?

The area I live in is quiet but close to amenities/town and some great areas to go walking, eating, drinking and photographing. South Wales has a great live music scene too but would like to explore this further afield.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

Flexibility with the time. I decide when to work or not.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Walking, photography, live music, travelling, socialising and car club.
I have done a lot of my family history which has proved very interesting, also.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

The Maldives, Las Vegas and St Lucia, but most places have something new to offer.Dunns River Falls in Jamaica are a must for anyone who goes there.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

China, but purely for the Great Wall and the Terracotta Army.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Depends what the other person would like to do.

I would like whoever it is to be a bit adventurous and try new things together, whether it be food or activities, but I recognise everyone has their limits. I can do pints or cocktails, chips or Taiwanese, juke box or live groups, beaches or mountains, the choice is yours.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Just someone who can communicate and enjoys life.
A person who makes the most out of whatever we decide to do, whether it be a meal, walk, drink, concert etc, Can laugh and doesn't create drama.

What makes a good relationship?

Trust, honesty, caring and understanding. Open communication, listening, mutual respect and shared interests. I'm a great believer in 'actions speak louder than words'.

What makes you laugh?

Someone with a sense of humour and doesn't take everything in life too seriously.

Stand up comedians like Paul Smith, Matt Rife etc and videos of animals, people or both doing stupid things.

What music do you like?

Anything from the Osmonds to Genesis, Mendellssohn to Justin Timberlake, ABBA to AC/DC. 70's 80's especially. Love a good Music Weekend 🎵🎶🎶🎵🎶🍻🥂 Just got home from Butlins Minehead after an 80's weekend.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

My 4 children and running my own business for 25 years.
My first solo flight and learning to fly (in my late 20's) and driving a diesel plus 8 coaches the length of the Severn Valley Railway.
Seeing the Northern lights and walking Sydney Harbour Bridge amongst lots of things.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Living it, keeping active and sharing with someone who appreciates the time spent with them and their company.
