Casual dating
I try to keep fit and the last 6 weeks joined a local gym to start getting myself fit again ,
After a leg operation I had put on about a stone and a half , unable to train of work which has been aways physical, so my way back now is getting my fitness back even though at 60 which I do not feel, maybe it's my brain 😅
I am Looking for ladies who are fun outgoing enjoy a good laugh ,

Maybe stopping off for a social drink, I am self employed but winding down slowly ,
I love beach & Mountain walks especially when we have fantastic weather ,
Cycling leisurely not racing but at a nice pace .
