I move though life with one foot in the arts, the other in the athletic world. An old rugby player who never lost his appetite for creativity; the quiet thrill of well told story, or the electricity of scintillating company.

You'll find me in theatres, cinemas, galleries, sports grounds, or tucked away somewhere with good food, laughter and conversation. I keep fit, stay curious and follow the world's politics with the kind of interest that comes from wanting to understand, rather than merely observe or pontificate.

The aim is to travel, to explore, with a few unplanned detours shaping the journey. I'm looking for someone with warmth, openness and the spark that comes with slow, delicious discovery.
