I'm Bill.

I used to be a keen cyclist till I had a stroke. I still get out on the bike from time to time but my main interest these days is sewing...quite the departure. I'm currently a student learning more about sewing with a view to get into tailoring.
I wouldn't say I'm lonely but I can't but think life would be nicer if I had someone to share it with. Hence this dating app malarkey.
Surely there must be a woman out there who isn't seeking the tall, dark, handsome, successful stereotype and would be happy with a short, quiet, simple as simple gets plonker like me?

What do you like most about where you currently live?

I don't really like where I live but it does have the benefit of being on the edge of town and a few minutes walk from the great outdoors.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Walking my dog. Cycling. Usually both at the same time. Sewing. Movies.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Wales for the countryside and peace. 10 mins up the road for the same reason.

What would you do on an ideal date?

A walk and talk. I think it's easier to be relaxed when you're not stuck inside trying to impress someone.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Someone who won't look down on me or judge me for not falling into the tall, dark, handsome and successful category.

What makes a good relationship?

Truth. Honesty. A stupid sense of humour.

What makes you laugh?

Classic dark humour mostly. Rick Mayall and Adrian Edmondson in Bottom type stuff.

What music do you like?

Pretty much anything except for jazz.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

My two daughters and surviving a stroke.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Growing old...hopefully intact. Hopefully not alone.
