About Arleth
Arleth is single and is seeking females for friendship or a casual relationship or a serious relationship.
What do you like most about where you currently live?
I life in a small village called Chalford in the heart of Gloucestershire. If you have ever been here you know well why I love to live here.
What do you enjoy most about your current job?
That I left it! Fu**king around with IBM and Pfizer and their American way of doing it was idiotic. I had to get out.
What are your favourite leisure activities?
I read, no honestly I do. I thought I had enough bookshelves but ran out at three. I play music, don't ask me to demonstrate all instruments I play as I cannot remember them all. Recently Bass guitar. I play bridge (yeah, yeah, sad. The card game)
Where in the world are your favourite places?
Berber village in Tunisia. Amazing place. Though walking over an unsupported 2000 year old bridge in Turkey was interesting, and scary as a person afraid of heights! (Yes I did still do it!)
Where in the world would you love to visit?
New Zealand, without a doubt. Preferably South Island. Scenery, wildlife (And all you ANZAC brethren! ( I know, NZ just a part of that!))
Just to see the scenery, you know. Say I had been there.
What would you do on an ideal date?
Sort of an unfair question. And sort of nonsensical since an ideal date would rely on both enjoying the experience. Something you cannot both do until you meet. Invalid question and hence struck from the record.
What are you looking for in a partner?
Good question. And a somewhat controversial answer...
I am looking for someone who 'likes' me.
Love is an instant term, easily broken down by circumstance or issue. Care is a state of mind where the protagonist leaves their own well being for a partner. To breakdown further into Desire, Attraction and so on is to deny and obfuscate the initial feeling. If I 'like' you and you 'like' me other feelings will follow. To press them forward is a road to ruin.
What makes a good relationship?
Obvious answer, trust. No matter what.
What makes you laugh?
Over inflated ego. I does make me laugh if someone says they can make an IKEA bed but ability doesn't match. Also occasion can't even handle an Allen key. I can sit will a cuppa occasionally snorting tea through my nose watching! In no way is this gender specific! I watched my dad nearly drown himself assembling a pond pump once! I was outside, observing, I had to go inside his house and look at bird pictures on the wall to calm down as the newfound spray shot directly up his nose!
What music do you like?
Impossible to define and it would be criminal if I did. Suffice to say, whatever genre. I probably have a few CDs of it.
What has been the highlight of your life so far?
Dunno what you mean here.
I once was in love with the most beautiful lady in the world. I though she was in love with me
Not sure how you can get much more of a highlight than that.
What are you looking forward to in the future?
Again, not a valid question. If you predict the future you forget the present. No relationship ever flourished on a question of 'What could we become' or 'Do you see us getting married?'
More a question of 'Well, we are here, where do we go now?' And work it out from there. To predict a life from a premise of a point in time is folly.
