Firstly, As a retired Special Rescue Critical Care Trauma Team Commander, I am NOT under any circumstances getting "The Jab" for a virus that is not a threat to humanity and that is an experiment that the recipient has no redress against the drug companies when things go terribly wrong. I am very willing to share why in more detail if asked, but insist you speak respectfully even if we are poles apart in our beliefs. If you have had the jab, I cannot consider dating, as the effects of the jab are irreversible and dangerous to those who have not had their DNA modified into an un-natural state.

I have size 11 feet and big hands

A couple of questions first;

Several of you girls say "Seeking honest decent loving man", as if to suggest some are seeking "dishonest, rotten, unfeeling toe-rag", is this so? whilst others describe themselves as "Happy, sane, solvent, loving seeking like minded man".I've yet to read "Miserable depressed insane man-hating female seeks similar - ".

Originally from Harrogate which I am told means I am technically "posh" !. Lived in Wensleydale many years prior to finding myself in York for awhile, so a country lad at heart. I am somewhat old fashioned with old fashioned values and morals. I have a dry sense of humour, am told that I am witty, at times funny, very loyal and loving . I can at times be verbally direct and call a spade a spade, but always without being rude or personally insulting, so if you find that a problem I am probably not for you.

I believe in old fashioned traditional values and gender role; that a real man should lead, protect, defend and take care of his lady. I believe the man is the head of the family and has responsibilities to his children always, and that his lady makes and is the heart of a successful and loving home. Having said that, no union can be successful if both do not treat each other with respect and integrity, with love and understanding, with both give and take to find the middle ground of true happiness. Both genders have strengths and weakness', so surely one strength is there to compensate for the others weakness and visa-versa. And before anyone is offended, respect does not mean tying the lady to the kitchen sink and denying her the right to be herself.

In the film Avatar, Sully eventually says to his lady "I see you". The man finally understands what those simple words really do mean. But will you?

Will you see they apply equally to a lady as well as a man? For all that I would willingly and freely give, will you also also honour me in return with the same open-heartedness, respect, honesty, integrity and singularity that I would give to you? Will you find the deep and devoted courage it takes to be completely yourself with me, to release your inner free laughter and unconditional love ? That means when you take my best, cleanest, thickest socks, just because your feet are cold, it's because you know without question I will always give you all that I can without you needing to ask, simply because you are "my girl".

Will you stay the course with me through ups and downs, to come and say "I need you", to chat and smile or just snuggle up in that special silence where two souls communicate through closed eyes and inner calm as their hearts speak to each other and every breath is felt and heard full of love, because I'm so much more than any photo shows. Are you?

Are you willing to look and see who I really am? One day, I would so truly love to hear someone say "I see you".
