Zeolite is widowed and is seeking females for friendship or a casual relationship.

I have travelled a lot with my career but now back in Scotland and finding that I liked having a partner. I appreciate a quick wit and conversation. I have a keen interest in the natural world and science. I enjoy the outdoors and love walking. I have hobbies in music (playing and listening) and car diy as well as looking after my house.

What do you like most about where you currently live?

I have lived in a few different countries but came back to Scotland in 23. It is great to be back home and in my own house. Strangely I prefer the climate here to the hot places I have been.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

Easy schedule with plenty of time off. I enjoy the technical aspects and the focus of my workplace.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Listening to and playing music. DIY to my house and cars. I do like a nice long walk particularly with interesting locations along the way.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

This is a difficult question since I have travelled so much and no one will know the places. Frafjord in Norway is one . Breathtaking and magical. The Wyoming Black Hills are another. However there are many in Scotland.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

I haven't been to South America. I have a few friends in Brazil I would love to visit.

What would you do on an ideal date?

At present I would like a relaxed occasion where the conversation would go anywhere and there are plenty of laughs.

What are you looking for in a partner?

At present I am looking for companionship. If I find someone who can stand me for more than 10 minutes I may start thinking about the next step.

What makes a good relationship?

What makes you laugh?

I can find humour in almost anything. Exceptions being Friends and Mrs Brown!

What music do you like?

I am passionate about music. My taste is broad and wide ranging. Rock, blues, jazz and folk as well as some classical. I cannot stand modern pop music and I dislike most country.
I have played guitar since I was 14 and write some music. I have just started to learn piano.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Another tough one. A lot of my life's highlights involved people who have moved on.
I drove on the Jim Clark rally in 1998 and 99. Fantastic experience although I did blow up my car in 99.
Had a road trip with my parents from Casper WY to Houston TX when we were moving house for work. That was great trip.
Graduation from Uni but it is so long ago now.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

I now find myself in the situation where I can please my self and do what I want when I want so definately going to be travelling! My daughters are in Wyoming and want ti see them and the grandkids. My friends are scattered all over so I will be visiting them and of course I am looking forward to finding a companion to share it with.

What if you meet someone with an opinion opposite to yours?

Everyone is entitled to an opinion however wrong it may be. Agreeing to disagree is part of the respect needed in a successful relationship.
