A female friend described me as a really nice guy, I actually consider myself an ethically constrained under achieving cad - I've grown up and got my act together but can still embrace a cheeky side in the right company.

I'm not looking for a wife, nor am I looking for anything without connection. Casual to me is not short term or non-exclusive, it's simply that I value my own space and quality over quantity in the time I spend with other people. I don't have a type but I'm much more of a people watching from a quiet bar in the harbor than leading the charge at karaoke kinda guy.

What do you like most about where you currently live?

Some good countryside right on my doorstep yet a quick journey to Manchester or Stockport. 15 minutes on the train and I'm in the peak district.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I have a great team working with me and a sound boss who actually cares about her staff.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I took up running about 18 months ago as part of a mega midlife crisis weight loss / health kick. I make no claim to be amazing at it but I'm getting there. For me it's as much about the mental head space and disconnect as the physical, I solve a lot of problems out on runs.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Very much depends on my mood and what I'm there to do. I did break down crying at just how beautiful Railay in Thailand was when I went there, I don't think I'll ever eat a better meal than I did in George Town Malaysia. That said I still love the english countryside.

What makes a good relationship?

Communication, Patience and maintaining each others independence.
