I’m someone who believes in living with energy and balance. I play football several nights a week, so keeping active is a big part of my life, even if my ankles occasionally tell me otherwise! I eat well (think fresh fish, veggies, kefir, and kimchi) but I’m not afraid of the odd indulgence.

I’ve got a cheeky sense of humour and don’t take life too seriously, Family is important to me—I’ve got grown-up kids who keep me on my toes, and I’m always up for making new memories.
