I’m a widower; I’m independent but I miss intimate company.
My peak-fitness is now a distant memory but I’m certainly not too bad for the early 70s
I like beach walks, 70s music (who’d have thought…), reading and fine wine & dining. I’m a Guardian reading, social minded individual and I believe that good is the greater characteristic in our society. The ‘bad’ just shout louder.
My sense of humour can be characterised as ‘quirky’ and although I am shy and making friends requires a big effort, once I commit, I believe I am a good and true friend.
I was a career professional, a secondary school teacher, and I am enjoying a comfortable retirement.
