What are your favourite leisure activities?

Horses and Horse racing, particularly on track in Ireland. Share owner in two racehourses. Not a gambler, just the ocassional flutter. Independent travel.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

The sun-drenched garden of The Giri Cafe, Sant Joan, Ibiza. The best meal I have ever had; al fresco in such a serene setting. The Riad DAR SBIHI in the medina of Marrakech; the most enchanting place I have ever stayed, a haven of peace and tranquility cocooned from craziness that is Marrakech. Le Relais de la Butte in Montmartre, Paris; for the cheese board and people watching.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

The rainforests, volcanoes, and beaches of Costa Rica.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Cocktails on La Rambla, Barcelona.

What are you looking for in a partner?

A beautiful soul. A kind heart. An open mind.
