What do you like most about where you currently live?

I have all amenities and shops and town centre 5 minutes walk away plus tube station, yet only a 10 minute drive from the Hertfordshire countryside

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I'm retired from the Metropolitan Police

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Play and service guitars, photography, land scape and gardens mostly, live music club/pub gigs, internet forums, TV, country drives and pubs, but I always drink in moderation, Coffee bars to chat to mates

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Belgium ( my late wife was Belgian, French speaking not Flemish ) to see family, Suffolk England, where I went to school

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Not sure because I don't like long haul flights or cruising, Europe generally by coach I guess, no wish list really,

What would you do on an ideal date?

Chat and get to know each other

What are you looking for in a partner?

Firstly, friend, and perhaps a partner, take one step at a time

What makes a good relationship?

Give and take, accept each other's ways and habits and don't try to change them, but have a good laugh as well

Some TV shows, comments from friends, partners humour, the ironies of life

What music do you like?

60's music with some 70's and 80's plus anything that sounds good to my ears

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Several, got my glider pilot wings in the 60's met my wife when she was 17, various projects in the Met Police which I can't talk about.
Finding new friends male or female with similar interests is probably the most important ( ongoing) highlight

What are you looking forward to in the future?

finding a travelling companion
