Hi, originally I'm from Glastonbury, Somerset so I have a little bit of hippy in me (although I'm not adverse to washing so my personal hygiene doesn't suffer as a result!) I now live near Northampton as the company I work for is based there. I travel a lot with my job, but I also love to travel in my spare time too. I'm looking for something casual to start with but who knows where it could lead?? I'm a very caring guy who knows how to treat a lady! A first date to me means some drinks in a bar then, if things are going well maybe grabbing some food somewhere, as long as there's some good social interaction and conversation it doesn't really matter, (I don't really see the point in cinemas etc. as it is probably the most unsociable situation to get to know someone) I have a good sense of humour, although it can be viewed as a little warped at times! :o) and I love to laugh! Music? Well that's a difficult question for me to answer so I would have to answer that with... I like GOOD music! Anything as long as it's cool. It also depends on what I'm doing... I love drum and bass but it's not always what I want to listen to.
I work in the entertainment industry and have done for some time, I started off in stage construction at festivals all over the place but now I have moved onto production rigging- theatre shows, motor shows, Royal events and other weird and wonderful productions.

I'm generally quite happy and cheerful, I like to meet new people and get around a bit (Although Northampton doesn't really fulfill that too well!)
I'm not really a fitness freak but I do frequent the gym twice most days (when I can!) And I'm also quite into my mountain biking which is a love that has recently been rekindled! :o) I like to eat as healthily as possible, you wouldn't put anything but the correct fuel in a car so why do it to your body? Cars can be replaced but you only get one body! I quite recently gave up smoking (nearly 3 months now) and still going strong!
Feel great for it but have become very anti-smoking as a result! Any smokers will have to be pretty special and really have something about them for me to be interested, but hey that's dating right? Go out, meet people, see how you get on, see if they progress!
Well I seem to have written a fair amount. Fair play if you're still reading, even I'm bored now!

P.S. Please don't send me a message along the lines of "Hi, hows u, wot u up 2, gud wknd?" All this using text message spelling in normal writing and typing is not only ridiculous and lazy... There's no need to try and save letters on here, you can write as much as you want!... But it also portrays a defined lack of intelligence. It doesn't impress me, quite the opposite in fact. In short I loathe bad spelling, punctuation and grammar, especially when it's forced.

What do you like most about where you currently live?
I've now moved into glorious Northampton, seems OK, my housemates seem pretty cool, and my room is warm and massive, what more can I ask for? |

What do you enjoy most about your current job?
Ummm, well, it's awesome, my dream job, technically I'm living my own dream! We do alsorts of things so there's never a dull moment, right now I'm dismantling a fighter plane, then rebuilding it upside down for a a big art expo. |

What are your favourite leisure activities?
I like going to the gym and keeping fit, although I say I have no special diet, I eat very healthily. Travelling is probably my first love, I just can't get enough of it! I bought a mountain bike recently and have got into that, joined a club and have been hitting the trails at virtually every opportunity!
I also love juggling, I started when I was travelling in Oz, NZ and Thailand 6 years ago and never really stopped. I find it's a great way to relax and clear my mind of stress. It's also a great way to meet new people, it's a pretty eye-catching hobby! |

Where in the world are your favourite places?
Uuuumm, that's a difficult question, there's so many to choose from, I like different places for different reasons, but I love the mysticism and disconnection I get when I'm in the jungles and mountains of South-East Asia. |

Where in the world would you love to visit?
EVERYWHERE! Hopefully South America in the not too distant future, although I'd really like to go to South Africa, theres a few things I want to do over there, I reckon it's going to be my next place! |

What would you do on an ideal date?
We'd start off meeting in a bar and having a couple of drinks, see how things go and if they go well, probably go for some food somewhere. |

Someone kind and caring, preferably a little younger than me and without children, a good personality and sense of humour is vital. |

Love, trust and honesty, it's what all the best relationships are made of! |

What makes you laugh?
Lot's of things, sometimes I see something which makes me laugh but when I look around, nobody else is laughing and I can't understand why nobody else finds it funny! |

What music do you like?
It depends on the situation. Otherwise I'd say Good music, very little of the cheesey pop rubbish you hear in the charts, but good beats, funky basslines and bands as well, but not really so much into heavy metal. |

What has been the highlight of your life so far?
Probably landing my current job, then them letting me take six weeks off to travel SE Asia, then when I get back to find I'm being promoted! So quite recent stuff! |

What are you looking forward to in the future?
Owning my own house, travelling more, becoming one of the top in the industry I work in and having a loving family! Eventually though I would like to live by the sea in Cornwall and set up a small business and live the easy live for the rest of my days! |
