Hi I'm a happy mom of three - one away, one time-shared and one who quality controls the fridge! Update: All three kids are living with me. Fridge is permanently empty now but who cares!
I'm not a particularly good multi tasker (except at work) and I don't enjoy cooking (ooh the shame). I hate ironing, housework in general sucks and I can't bake cakes but I can put up my own shelves, put oil and water in my car's engine, change a tyre and design and sew a new outfit...just not at the same time ;o)
I love most types of music- the louder and bassier the better- especially Hendrix, Techno, Chase & Status, Counting Crows, Pink Floyd, Amon Tobin, The Marleys, Fugees, Badu, Ska, Celtic Rock, Reggae, Jungle, Garage, Hip Hop, etc etc etc). Love music festivals, gigs, BBC4, sewing, reading, computers, my job, Ireland, Yorkshire, laughing, talking, serious discussion, silly banter, socialising and life.
I like, amongst a lot of other things, walking, driving, woods, churches and churchyards, rugby, F1, boats, Top Gear, Mock the Week, Ross Noble, Dylan Moran, The Italian Job (original version) From Dusk Til Dawn, The Commitments, Two for the Road, Terry Pratchett, liquorice, dark chocolate & Newcastle Brown Ale.
Update: Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer (yum!)and Walnut Whips minus the walnut!
Don't like whingers, users, pushy people, liars, reality TV shows, Iced Gems or spearmint toothpaste!
Life is too short to be miserable so if you're a happy, intelligent, fun loving guy who loves life and can cook or doesn't mind salad I look forward to hearing from you! |

What do you like most about where you currently live?
It's a small town and I never have to get a taxi home from the pub!

Helping people through a very sad and difficult time and feeling like I've made a difference. |
