I'm easy-going, friendly, resourceful, genuine, (it says on the certificate made in China that I got from the Pound Shop) attractive, intelligent, practical, non-judgemental, creative, a good talker and better listener. No real set ideas as to the type of person I'm looking for, so please feel free to get in touch!
I've got (so I'm told!) a young outlook. There's nothing in the way of baggage. No ties (but quite a few open neck shirts). No hang-ups (but several coat-hangers and a few hangers on).
As some of my property is abroad I have to escape the UK to attend to it at regular intervals. I know a particularly nice ocean-side restaurant in a little fishing village on one of the Canary Islands. It's a wonderful place for just watching the world go by, listening to the sea and eating some great Canarian cuisine. As the waiters don't speak English and my Spanish is at about the same level as a 3 year olds, I sometimes have to use guesswork when ordering. Fortunately I've so far managed to avoid the octopus. (It jumped off the plate and eight-legged it down the promenade!)
In the UK I like going to see films and bands. An octopus-free meal is always good too, as is a chat in a pleasant pub or cafe.
Oh yes...I promise to reply to everyone who sends me a message. Unless you're a man, that is...Or own a crossbow. Or work in Quality Assurance. Or go for a night out wearing a football shirt. Or are called Mabel. Or want to just swop messages here for six months, rather than do something outrageous, like, y'know, have a chat on the phone and, then, if neither of us explodes, meet up and have that cup of coffee. |
