English French and Spanish speaking, I am 5ft 7, very slim size 8, long dark hair, dark eyes, a non smoker, non drinker.
I live in Bedfordshire, have also lived in a few countries, England for most of my life. Graduated from Manchester and lived in Europe teaching English in my 20's. I have been working as an Executive PA since 2008 which I love, previous to that role I enjoyed a 9 year career in sports project management .
I enjoy the simple things in life: the sound of guitar strings, a sunset, a smile, good food, good conversation, helping a charity, the seashore at dawn, a lasting friendship which has touched my heart and soul, watching the world go by from a cafe.
I love history, art, music,(rock, 80's classical, gospel, latin american, traditional blue eyes Sinatra), literature (Shakespeare, Woolf, Austen, European Golden Age), spirituality, scenic places, photography, sport, theatre, ballet, flamenco, salsa , gardening, diy.
Favourite journeys: Hong Kong, Acapulco, Israel, Mexico City, Sevilla, Lourdes,Cordoba, Fontainebleu, beautiful Scotland, quaint typical English countryside and castles.
On a more personal level, I have been happily single since 2006 when I ended a long relationship, (hard lessons about love learnt there),never married, and have no children through choice, however I would like to meet someone not too far away who I can be friends with over time, and grow to trust and respect, a connection which I can feel deep in my heart.
What I am most attracted to, and appreciate in a man ideally aged 35-49 is strength of character, positive and stable minded, easy to talk to, and down to earth.
As for romance, well...if you light up my life, and I yours...if we both feel a heart skip seeing each other over time, wouldn't life be that bit extra special??

What do you like most about where you currently live?
It is a quiet small market town, everything I need is local. 40 minutes from London on the train, and has surrounding countryside so nice walks and cycle rides for leisure.
Although not a major city, and not particularly the right environment for a single woman, it suits for the basics. |
