There’s more to me than handbags and high heels... In fact, that’s not really me at all, (just in case you had already written me off as a dipsy blonde, although I will admit I have been in wonderfully stupid situations had the occasional ‘blonde’ moment).
I'm independent, sociable, soulful, fun-loving, feminine and an ol’ romantic at heart. I’ve been told that I’m quite smart cookie and I do enjoy the art of a good conversation on many levels and a good sense of humour (which can occasionally border on the inappropriate).
I enjoy cooking, dancing, comedy (think Father Ted, Red Dwarf, Rod Gilbert) and travelling - exploring places in the UK as well sun breaks abroad. Something you’d pick up on fairly quickly is my passion for music; I’ve got eclectic taste, but I have a real love for jazz and blues and try and get to the odd gig. I’m not into clubs, but like cosy pubs, as well as like the odd day/evening meandering around London, perhaps see a show.
In my spare time I get up to the usual; catching up with my treasured circle of friends and family, stay reasonably active by going to a dance class, a swim (followed by a long sauna/steam) or cycling - but I’m not obsessed and sure do have curves (just in case you’re looking for a mere slip of a girl with a wash board tum). And of course, I make plenty of time to simply relax, watch a good movie or a nice long soak in the bath with a good book.
Dating is supposed to be fun. We might click and get lost in conversation or we may not be each other’s cup of tea... but I’m staying open minded and looking forward meeting new, interesting people...
PS. I don’t really have a ‘type’ so without writing a shopping list, I do find good manners, intelligence and people with interests (not gym obsessed) really attractive traits in a man. |

What do you like most about where you currently live?
A small town, close to the sea but only 40mins away from the city, so I get the best of both worlds |

Done my fair share of travelling, places I'd go back to include; Bath, Dublin, Valencia, Goa. |
